Practicum skills
The Practicum has two kinds of skills based on Volumes 1 and 2. All are free. Code uses the MIT license, and text uses CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Every prompt skill below puts its full instructions in one code block. Use the copy button in the corner and paste the entire block into any AI chat, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another assistant available to you. Every browser tool also includes a chat version in case you cannot open the tool. Look for the "Chat version if you cannot use the browser tool" section on its page.

Prompt skills for an AI assistant
These are complete instructions that you give to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT.
- Optimize My Work by Profession helps you break work into tasks and decide what AI can handle, what you should keep, and which tools may help.
- Explore Your Profession is a prompt for your own analysis.
A few skills that work are better than a long list of promises. These tools do not decide for you. They are maps, not verdicts. Do not trust them. Check them. Version: 2026-06-22.
