Book sources
This section contains bibliographic cards and verified direct links for all three volumes. Cards are grouped by volume and chapter, and their numbers match the source notes in the books. Printed page numbers are omitted because they change with format and layout.
How to read a source card
- The first paragraph identifies the source and explains which fact, quote, or limitation it supports.
- The "Open sources" block links to the original publication, official document, independent confirmation, bibliographic record, or useful context.
- "Primary" and "additional" show navigation order, not academic status. Each card describes the source's origin and limits.
- Gaps in numbering are intentional. Some numbers belong to glossary or explanatory notes that this section does not repeat.
Each volume page shows when the links were last checked. If a publisher or organization moves a resource, this section can update the URL without tying it to a printed page number.
