Team workshops
Ready-to-run sessions built around Practicum tools, with an agenda, roles, timing, and a finished artifact. For managers, HR and L&D teams, and anyone who wants to use a tool with other people. Version: 2026-07-09.
You can use every Practicum tool alone, but a team session has two advantages. People make decisions in the room, which makes those decisions harder to forget. They also say their fears aloud, which keeps the fears from growing in silence. Each workshop takes 90 minutes, requires no participant preparation, and ends with a completed artifact rather than an exchange of opinions.
| Workshop | Who it is for | Finished artifact |
|---|---|---|
| Where AI will pay off: process scoring | management team, or a small business owner with the people who know the work | scoring table, one first-round process, and a "why not" list |
| The team's first agent: contract | a functional team in support, sales, or back office | completed agent contract with boundaries, stop threshold, and owner |
| The team's week by task group | any team of 4-10 people; HR and L&D | team task map in GREEN, YELLOW, and RED, plus three tasks where the team may shift its effort |
Facilitation rules for all three workshops:
- Everyone can see the timer. The 90-minute limit is firm. It is better to leave one debate open than to finish without an artifact.
- Write in silence before discussing. Start each section with three to five minutes of individual writing. Otherwise, the loudest person speaks first rather than the person with the clearest view.
- "No" is a result. Record processes and tasks that do not need AI, along with the reason.
- Photograph the artifact before anyone leaves the room. Give it an owner and a date for the next step.
