Worked examples
See what the Practicum workbooks and worksheets look like after a real person fills them in.
A blank worksheet is honest but silent. It does not show how much detail a useful answer needs. This section has end-to-end examples written for composite personas, short passes through a single knot, and two reviews of public companies.
Examples, not answers to copyThe personas are composites, and their numbers are illustrative. The examples show the depth and honesty of a useful answer. They do not give you the "right answer." Yours will be different.
Volume 1 — your own work
- Marina, a marketer works through all 10 steps of the Volume 1 Workbook, from her value lever to a 90-day plan.
- Pyotr, an accountant takes the same workbook from the profession named first when people list jobs "under threat": his 🟢 share came out above half the week. Read it next to Marina — the same conclusion, different moves.
- Irina, a lawyer: checking and cognitive debt is a short pass through one knot: AI saves hours and is dangerous for that reason.
Volume 2 — team, processes, customers
- Sergey, a support manager takes his function through the Volume 2 Workbook: maturity, the first agent, a contract, and gates.
- Olga, the owner of a small online store follows the small-business route: an agent-based staff map, the function with the fastest cash impact, and visibility to a customer agent.
- IKEA through the Change Compass applies the four arrows and seven gates to a public case.
- Klarna: the win and the skipped gate is a public case that shows where the agent paid off and which gate the company skipped.
Volume 3 — trust
- Marina and her family: a first trust protocol covers two costly situations: an urgent call from a relative and a client's request to change payment details.
- Alexey, hiring: when the candidate may be synthetic applies the same compass at work: verifying identity in remote hiring without turning the check into prejudice.
