Denis Ermilov: FinTech and AI leader, author of three books
Why you can trust this work
Denis moved from engineering into practice leadership. He now works at a level where AI is judged by its effect on revenue, operating costs, team speed, and risk, not by a demo. His field is large-scale B2B fintech: payment hubs, API platforms, digital banking, CBDC, tokenized settlement, personalization of corporate deals, and agent systems built around real operations.
What the author builds
The method in the book is not an outside theory. Denis works with AI agents himself and publishes code openly. His GitHub account is a working lab for applied AI, from personal AI operations systems to tools for agent development, routing, automation, and product prototypes.
- clawden-ai is a personal AI operations platform. An agent reads work context, brings back signals, builds memory, and helps before the user has fully formed a request.
- ai-tab-optimizer is a local-first extension that turns hundreds of open tabs into structured knowledge and can handle long autonomous runs.
- dealsnext-insight-hub is a corporate deal prototype. It assembles B2B customer context, surfaces the next best action, and shows how AI changes complex corporate sales work.
- bnpl-flexipay-hub is a white-label BNPL platform with Seller, Admin, and Customer areas. It is an example of turning a corporate fintech concept into a testable interface quickly.
- maxgram is a MAX to Telegram integration bridge. It is an example of enterprise work on communication channels, privacy, message routing, and controlled operations, not a simple chat app.
- praefectus-ai and ghostroute show how the author builds agent and infrastructure systems as contract-driven production tools rather than presentations.
This Practicum uses the same method. A person sets direction and checks the meaning. Agents do the draft work. Structure turns that work into action. See the Author's stack for the tools Denis uses every day, Examples by Level for system levels, and the meta case for how this Practicum was built.
What the Practicum gives you
The Practicum is a working example of the approach. People and businesses can use it to redesign work around cheap intelligence. It connects the book with engineering experience, product thinking, live tools, checklists, cases, sources, and routes you can test.
If you are a reader, start with the first step. If you lead a team, open the Volume 2 workbook. If you are assessing Denis as an expert, partner, or potential hire, GitHub is the shortest route. You can see the code, architecture, documentation, reasoning style, and ability to take a system through to a working state.
